Determines the readiness levels of business users with regard to upcoming changes; uncovers readiness gaps and creates and implements action plans to close the gaps prior to going live.

This role will be responsible to support the Customer Experience job which includes – Managing all Employee and Line Manager queries, Working through SNOW, Triaging of Tickets of all tickets which are flowing through Workday for other First Point Team members. As part of our goal to expand our Financial Control business in Budapest and transform Finance globally, we are building up a new team of great characters to support our Africa market. We are looking for Senior and Junior colleagues to join the newly built teams covering the Financial Control activities in certain African markets like Ethiopia, Indian Ocean, Nigeria, Ghana and to support processes like Marketing, Overhead and Supply Cost Controlling.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the markets’ direct tax processes (including CIT, TP and other supplementary returns) are undertaken accurately, efficiently (utilising automation and outsourcing where applicable) and on time and the surrounding internal control procedures, legislative requirements are strictly adhered to.
The role will support the successful implementation and ongoing operation of the Global Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing processes, controls and automation tools under the new Tax Operating model.
